REID does a wide variety of home repairs. Porches, decks, railings and painting. The work is done in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. With insurance claim repairs, we work with your insurance to be sure the work is done to their satisfaction and install a payment plan to assist you financially until paid by the insurance company.

Additional Remodeling / Repairs:

Kitchens – Minor repairs to complete remodeling. Many old homes have asbestos flooring and this can cause many problems in getting the flooring replaced. Many carpet and floor installers will not remove a floor material containing asbestos. REID works closely with the owner and floor installer to be sure the asbestos flooring is removed so they can stay on schedule. Subfloors can also be removed and replaced by REID.

Bathrooms – Venting of bathrooms with showers are very important to the health of the home. Mold can grow in areas where it is very damp or water has leaked. After mold becomes serious, it can actually “eat” through the walls into other rooms. REID handles a wide variety of mold, lead and asbestos issues. We present a full list of services that gives us the edge in completing the project in a timely manner and to your full acceptance.

Hiring a group of contractors can be a real headache. Trying to get the right bid, for the exact work to be done and then coordinating them to finish the project on time. REID works with a wide variety of subcontractors that are experienced in a wide variety of trades. This allows us to schedule the contractors for work to be completed, material supply and coordination and not hold up any project. Let us take on the headache rather than you.
