Demolition and rebuilt of porches and decks

This was an old carriage house that needed to be razed. The building was so close to the neighbors that equipment could not be brought it to do the project. We dismantled this building by hand to protect all the neighbors.

Demolition services include razing of homes or buildings, cleaning out of buildings that need to be razed, asbestos inspections and removal to be sure the DNR regulations are followed. Razing of garages and or/carriage houses by hand. Many times (especially in the city) small buildings are so close to homes, garages, patios, property lines, etc. that machine razing is not possible. Our experienced crew will dismantle the buildings, disposal of all the debis and clean the area. We also work closely with the town boards so all regulations are met. We are very familiar with permit paperwork which takes the responsibility off your hand.
