REID works with a group of highly trained Excavation Companies to insure your project is being handled properly according to all State and Federal Laws. Our services include: razing residential buildings (home, garages, etc), permit filing, tree removal, clean up of burned house debris, backfilling, seeding, asphalt covering, etc. We handle all the disposal of debris to a proper landfill and recycling for concrete.

In some cases, we meet with the Town/Village/City Boards to assist owners in meeting all necessary special requirements for razing and building. REID will pull all the required permits and work with Building Inspectors to insure the work is done to their specifications.

If you have received a citation from the City, we work closely with the Inspectors to delay any fees and meet all their requirements. Our trained staff will work with the Inspectors to cut through all the red tape and get to the heart of the issues.

REID has trained asbestos inspectors to handle the required demolition inspections and removal of asbestos if necessary. This allows us to expedite the inspection and razing so as to avoid any costly delays.
